Mock Trial is an after-school club that provides a fun and exciting glimpse into the world of law for MMI Prep students. The team competes in numerous venues throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania during the course of the year. The Mock Trial Team is advised by Mr. Dennis Clarke, MMI's Spanish teacher, and the Honorable Correale Stevens, a judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

The MMI Mock Trial Team has won first place five of the last six years.
