On Thursday, May 21, MMI Preparatory School held its 134th commencement ceremony, honoring the Class of 2026.

MMI Preparatory School recognized the achievements of its high school students during the Upper School Awards Ceremony on May 13.

On Tuesday, May 12, MMI Preparatory School held a ceremony to honor middle school students for their academic achievements, induct members into the National Junior Honor Society, and honor the eighth graders with a Rising Up Ceremony as they move into the Upper School next year.

Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania is honored to announce Erica Schwear ’26 from Luzerne County has earned the highest award in Girl Scouting, the Girl Scout Gold Award, for the 2026 Gold Award class. For her project, Schwear expanded upon work she completed to earn her Silver Award. She had previously restored graves at a local historic cemetery, and she now wanted to teach others how to preserve history.
