MMI Preparatory School’s Student Council recently held a Thanksgiving food drive to collect canned goods and raise monetary donations for George Bereznak and a team of volunteers from Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Freeland.

The volunteer group will prepare and deliver a full Thanksgiving menu to elderly and homebound residents in the Greater Freeland community. Following in the philanthropic traditions of school founders Sophia and Eckley Coxe, MMI’s Student Council raised $500 in addition to the canned goods towards this local effort.
