59 MMI students competed in the FBLA Region 16 competition, with 38 of those students earning top awards and 34 earning the right to compete at the PA State FBLA Leadership Conference in Hershey from April 16 through the 19th.

The following students will be representing MMI at the State Leadership Conference:

Cassidy McDermott, 3^rd place Intro to Financial Math; Georgia Washko, 3^rd place Intro to Parliamentary Procedure; Madelyn Young, 4^th place Intro to Marketing Concepts; Willa Bartholomew and Lilli Warner-Senape, 1^st place Into to Social Media Strategies; Corey Buchman, Kiyan Paknezhad, and Jason Roberts, 1^st place Intro to Business Presentation; Lydia Chen, 3^rd place intro to Marketing Concepts; Aiden Hosier and Evan Pedri, 2^nd place Intro to Business Presentation; Diane Kim, 1^st place Intro to Business Communication; Michael Kranyak, 4^th place Intro to Financial Math; Hayden Schwabe, 1^st place Intro to FBLA; Isabelle Wells, 1^st place Intro to Business Concepts; Josh Witner, 3^rd place Intro to Business Concepts; Kendall Orozco, 1^st place Intro to Event Planning; Caylee Herseim, 1^st place Public Speaking; Emily Hunsinger, 5^th place Advertising; Edgar Lopez-Rodrigues, 4^th place Securities and Investments; Nathaniel Neidlinger and Bobby Orbin, 3rd place Network Design; Jason Salio, 3rd place Journalism; Jeffrey DeAngelo, 2nd place Political Science; Brenna Eckhart, 4th place Cyber Security; Anden Karlick, 2nd place Entrepreneurship; Emely Lopez-Rodrigues, 1st place Health Care Administration; Manal Muhammad, 2nd place Agribusiness; Samuel Pacchioli, 4th place Economics; Jessica Zheng, 1st place Sales Presentation.

A few students competed in state only competitions online. Teagan Bonham and Lex Lispi competed in Data Analysis, Abigail Sparich competed in Electronic Career Portfolio, and Diane Arias-Tejeda competed in E-Business.

Other students that competed at the regional level were Ava Genetti who placed 5^th in Intro to Public Speaking (only the top two advance to the State Leadership Conference); and Kade Lutz and Jordan Mulhall who placed 3^rd in Graphic Design (only the top two progress to the State Leadership Conference).
