Dr. James Andriole ‘76 is a Florida medical practitioner and compassionate community activist who effectively combines his administrative business roles with a dedication to the underserved. Dr. Andriole received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Belmont Abbey College and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He sustained a traumatic spinal cord injury while saving the life of another that resulted in paraplegia. Dr. Andriole has a passion for flying in his personal aircraft designed with hand controls, and in recent years, has used his love of flying to provide medical care and supplies to impoverished villages and orphanages in Central America.
