Shannon Williams joined MMI as the Human Resources Director in August of 2017. Mrs. Williams has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. She most recently served as a Human Resources Recruiter for FLSmidth Inc., in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where she spent 14 years in various human-resource-related roles.
Mrs. Williams currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Marian Sutherland Kirby Library and is a past president. In addition to her role in human resources, Mrs. Williams has assumed the Registrar duties at MMI in June 2020. Her sons, Colin and Heath, are members of the MMI Class of 2021 and 2024.
