Mr. Daniel Kostick ’54 has supported his alma mater in various capacities over the last thirty-five years. As an active Board member from 1981 until 1989, Mr. Kostick served on a number of board committees and was particularly instrumental on the board’s fundraising committee. During his tenure, the MMI Board adopted named scholarships to assist the families of students in financial need. Mr. Kostick was a strong supporter of this critical move for the school, and with his wife Janet, led by example to establish The Michael and Mary Kostick Endowed Scholarship in memory of his parents. He later created The Daniel P. ’54 and Janet Kostick Endowed Scholarship. A true son of MMI, he has contributed his time, talent and treasure to MMI for decades. He has taken a leadership role in all of MMI’s fundraising campaigns and continues to serve the school today as an active member on the Honorary Board.
