Shannon Falcheck joined the MMI faculty in 2023 as the middle school STEM teacher. Prior to joining MMI, Mrs. Falcheck taught Trigonometry/Pre-Calculus & Calculus to Upward Bound students at Wilkes University. She also served as an online and in-person math tutor for students in grades 7 through college level. Mrs.Falcheck spent three years in the Hanover Area School district as a middle school science teacher. She holds an MA in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University, a BS in Geography from Texas A&M University, and a BA in Secondary Education (Natural Sciences) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Additionally, she holds a Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate in Earth and Space Science, General Science, and Mathematics. A Veteran of the US Marine Corps, Mrs. Falcheck lives in White Haven with her husband, Dave, daughter, Lauren, son, David, and their dog and chickens. Reading, cooking, fitness, learning German on Duolingo, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family are her interests.
